Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. 2. In another bowl, whisk together the honey, almond milk, and egg. 3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined. 4. Fold in the chocolate chips and spearmint leaves. 5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. 6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. 7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
