1 medium cauliflower (500g), 1 medium onion (150g), 2 cloves garlic, 1 bell pepper (150g), 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml), 1/2 teaspoon salt (2.5g), 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (1g), 4 large eggs, 1 avocado (200g), 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (7.6g)
