Ingredients

1 1/2 cups peeled and steamed chestnuts (such as Melissa's) 1 cup almond milk 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom 1 1/3 cups vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt

Instructions

Combine chestnuts, almond milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and cardamom in a blender; blend until smooth. Add frozen yogurt to blender; blend until smooth.
