Some roast their chestnuts on an open fire, however, Chestnut Spice Milkshake seems so much better.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups peeled and steamed chestnuts (such as Melissa's)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 1/3 cups vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
Instructions
- Combine chestnuts, almond milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and cardamom in a blender; blend until smooth. Add frozen yogurt to blender; blend until smooth.
