Ingredients

  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 ounce moonshine, such as Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Margarita salt or sea salt, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker or bar glass, combine the lime juice, orange juice and sugar. Add the moonshine and fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Cover and shake well.
  2. Run the lime wedge around the rim of a chilled tumbler or cocktail glass and dip the rim in the salt.
  3. Strain the drink into the glass and serve.
