  • 2 whole canned artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 2 scallions, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients well with a spoon or rubber spatula. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
