Ingredients

  • 2 oz Monkey Shoulder Scotch
  • 3/4 oz Carpano Antica Formula sweet vermouth
  • 1/4 oz Bénédictine
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Stir and strain into a chilled martini glass. Twist lemon peel to release oil and then use as a garnish.
