Ingredients
- 1/2 jalapeno, cut into slices, chopped, seeded and muddled
- 4 1/2 ounces tequila
- 1 tablespoon agave
- 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 dashes bitters
- Splash soda water
- Fresh cilantro sprig, for garnish
Instructions
- Divide the muddled jalapeno between 2 glasses. Add the tequila, agave, lime juice and bitters into a shaker full of ice. Shake well, and then pour into the glasses. Top with a splash of soda and garnish with a sprig of cilantro.
