- 4 pitas
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 6 strip bacon
- 1 1/2 c. chopped broccoli florets
- 1 tsp. oil
- .13 tsp. salt
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 large tomato
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line large cookie sheet with foil. Arrange pitas on prepared pan in single layer; brush with oil.
- Arrange 6 strips bacon in single layer on large microwave-safe paper-towel lined plate; microwave on high 2 minutes. Transfer to cutting board and chop.
- Toss, in medium bowl, broccoli florets, remaining 1 teaspoon oil, and salt. Sprinkle pitas with shredded sharp Cheddar cheese. Top with tomato and broccoli; sprinkle with bacon.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until bacon is crisp and broccoli is tender.
