  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine jell-O mix and unflavored gelatin. Pour in boiling water and whisk until dissolved, 3 minutes. Add vodka and whisk until combined.

  3. Transfer mixture to a pourable container (such as a glass measuring cup) and pour into halved watermelons.

  4. Carefully transfer to a baking dish or baking sheet (lay on paper towels if the watermelons seem wobbly).

  5. Refrigerate until firm, 4 to 5 hours.

  6. Using a sharp knife, slice and serve immediately.
