1 (16 oz) can white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon Paula Deen Hot Sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon lady & sons salt mix
chopped chives, for garnish
Instructions
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the ingredients and pulse until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with chopped chives. Serve with crisp carrot sticks or toasted pita triangles.
