Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) can white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon Paula Deen Hot Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon lady & sons salt mix
- chopped chives, for garnish
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor, combine the ingredients and pulse until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with chopped chives. Serve with crisp carrot sticks or toasted pita triangles.
