Ingredients
cooking spray
10 cups water
2 cups steel-cut oats
2 pounds ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup granular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®) (optional)
Instructions
Lightly spray a 5-quart or larger slow cooker crock with cooking spray.
Mix water, oats, mashed bananas, cocoa powder, and sweetener in prepared slow cooker.
Cook on Low for 6 hours.
