Ingredients

  • 1 c. part-skim ricotta
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed with press
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 large, thin, prebaked pizza crust
  • 1 c. shredded fontina cheese
  • 3 slices ham, chopped
  • 4 c. frisée
  • 1/2 c. basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Spray a large cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Mix ricotta, garlic, salt and pepper; spread all over pizza crust.
  2. Top with cheese and ham. Bake on prepared cookie sheet in oven at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes.
  3. Toss frisée with basil, lemon juice; serve on top of pizza. Test Kitchen hack: Use kitchen shears in place of a pizza cutter.
