  • 5 cups cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups apricot nectar
  • 1 peeled, chopped green apple
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in 100 percent juice (drained)
  • 1 peeled and segmented navel orange
  • 2 to 4 ounces red or white wine to each adult serving

Instructions

  1. Mix together 5 cups cranberry juice cocktail, 1 1/2 cups orange juice and 1 1/2 cups apricot nectar. Stir in 1 peeled, chopped green apple, 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in 100 percent juice (drained) and 1 peeled and segmented navel orange. Serve over ice. Add 2 to 4 oz. red or white wine to each adult serving, if desired. Serves 8.
