Ingredients
- 1 can unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 can carrot juice
- 1/2 c. freshly grated carrot
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. grated fresh peeled ginger
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in blender; purée until smooth.
- Pour mixture into ice pop molds.
- Freeze until solid, at least 8 hours.
