Olive Oil
1 Large Brown Onion (chopped)
2 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Plain Flour
1 1/2 Cups of Liquid Chicken Stock
3 Fresh Lasagne Pasta Sheets
Pepper
250g Ricotta Cheese
1 1/4 Cups of Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preparation Time: About 20 minutes
Cooking Time: About 45 minutes
SERVES 4 - 6
