INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
6 Plain Sweet Cookies (I used Butter Nut Snap Cookies)
125g of Spreadable Cream Cheese (about half a tub)
3-4 Tablespoons of Lemon Curd
2 Teaspoons of White Sugar
2 Cups of Milk (500ml)
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
SERVES 4
