Betty demonstrates how to make Tomato Bourbon Mayonnaise. This recipe was inspired by a trip to Malone's Restaurant, where Betty and Rick had lunch, and Betty ordered a Chicken Sandwich dressed with coleslaw and Tomato Bourbon Mayonnaise. Tomato Bourbon Mayonnaise ½ cup ketchup ½ cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon bourbon whisky, or to taste In a small bowl, stir ketchup and mayonnaise together until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon bourbon whisky, or more, to taste. Stir until smooth. Use immediately as a spread for sandwiches, or cover and refrigerate for later use. This spread will dress up any burger or sandwich.
