Ingredients
200 grams channa dal
3 piece cinnamon sticks
4 leaf curry leaves
1 number gr chilli
1 tsp jeera
1 to fry oil
1 small onion fine chopped
4 number red chilli whole
1 to taste salt
Directions
soak channa dal , blend cinnamon,red chilli and cumin and add channa dal and coarsely blend as shown
add rest of the ingredients ,add besan if the mixture is not bonding
make into flat dumplings and deep fry in medium heat till golden color and crispy
