Bharvan parval is a stuffed pointed guard its very delicious pointed guard slit and deseeded, blanched and stuffed with grated potato,dryfruits and cooked spice gravy it goes well with any roti,chapati.

Ingredients:
Parval 500 g
Oil 2 tb
Grated potato ½ c
Crushed Ginger 1 ts
Chilly powder 2 tb
Turmeric
Raisins 8 n
Parval seeds ½ c
Salt
Green chilly chopped 3 n
Coriander powder 1 ts
Roasted chana powder 2 tb
Amchur powder 1 ts
Garam masala 1 ts
Lemon juice 1ts
Ghee 2 tb
Directions:
First peel the skin of parval and slit them and scoop out the seeds.
Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, and crushed ginger, grated potato, salt, turmeric, seeds of parval, raisins, chilly powder, coriander powder, green chilly, and roasted chana powder, lemon juice, mix it, switch off the flame. Stuff this mixture into the parval.
Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, and arrange the stuffed parval in a pan and lid on cook for some time in a slow flame, and sprinkle garam masala, and amchur powder, chopped coriander, and switch off the flame, and sprinkle lemon juice.
Serve hot this with rice, chapatti.
