The chicken itself looks very good, even without the sauce. There were little green bits Ingredients http://www.vahrehvah.com/spring-onion-chicken Ingredients: 800 grams chicken 1 tbsp chilli powder 1 tsp coconut powerd 1 tbsp coriader powder 1 bunch coriander leaves pinch cumin seeds 1/2 tsp garamasala powder 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 number lemon 1 tbsp oil as per taste 0 salt 2 bunch spring onion pinch turmeric powder Directions: First cut the green springs and chopp very finely, and the bulb parts into a blender or u can chop finely. In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, coconut powder, onion paste mix well then add gingergarlic paste,salt, mix well and cook till light golden brown colour, then add turmuric, chilli powder, coriander powder, mix well then add chicken mix well add spring onion leaves chopped, mix close it with a lid and cook till the chicken is tender.
