Rai wali bhindi (Okra in mustard paste) is a crispy dry dish made with lady's finger deep fried and cooked in classic mustard paste and spices gravy. http://www.vahrehvah.com/rai-wali-bhindi-awesome-mustard-okra Ingredients: Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons Sugar 1 Teaspoons Turmeric Pinch Green chilly 2 Numbers Onions chopped 1 Numbers Onion seeds (kalonji) 1 Teaspoons Mustard oil 1 Tablespoons Okra 250 Grams Cumin powder 1 Teaspoons Chilly powder 1/2 Teaspoons Yellow mustard paste 1 Tablespoons Salt To Taste Directions: First deep fry the okras and keep it aside. Heat mustard oil in a pan add kalonji, add onions, cook this till brown, add green chilly, turmeric, sugar, saut it for a minute. Take a bowl add water, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilly powder, yellow mustard paste, mix it well and pour this paste on the top of the caramelized onions, add salt, cook for some time and add fried okra mix it well and put the lid on and let it cook for 2 minutes and then switch off the flame.
