Karasev is a very popular snack and is very easy to prepare. http://www.vahrehvah.com/kara-sev-airfryer Ingredients Butter 2 Tablespoons Chickpea flour 1 Cup Rice flour 2 Tablespoons Turmeric pd - 1/2 Teaspoons Ajwain seeds 1/2 Teaspoons Salt 1 0 Cooking soda 1/4 Teaspoons Water 1/2 Cup Directions: Combine butter, chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, ajwain seeds, salt, cooking soda in a mixing bowl. 2. Mix well (short crust pastry method). 3. Add little by little water and mix to make stiff dough. 4. Divide the dough into two portions and drop one portion of the dough in the press mould. 5. Press the mould and cut the strings to required size. Repeat the same with the other portion of the dough. 6. Preheat the airfryer at 180 degree C for 3-4 minutes. 7. Open the basket and drop the Kara sev strings. Air-fry at 180 degree C for 7-8 minutes. 8. Remove, cool and serve.
