The Unique taste of Country Chicken is what brings people to eat country chicken cooked with channa dal The Unique and authentic taste of Country Chicken is what brings people to eat country chicken cooked with channa dal spiced to make an excellent side dish. http://www.vahrehvah.com/country-chicken-with-channa ingredients 150 grams channa dal 1 tbsp chilli powder 1 tbsp coconut powder 1 tbsp coriander powder 750 grams Country chicken 2 number garam masala dry 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp oil 1 number onion pinch turmeric as needed water direction Boil channa dal till it is half cooked and keep it aside. Take a pressure cooker add oil, garam masala, onion chopped,salt. cook till onions are slightly golden brown, then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chicken mix well. Now add chilli powder,coriander powder,coconut, water mix well and close with lid cook till meat is tender. Once the meat is tender add channa dal and cook for another 10 min then add garam masala, coriander leaves.
