Oats curd is a very simple to make South Indian comfort foods with low calorie, filling and quick meal which is perfect for Breakfast. INGREDIENTS: Milk ½ lit Oats 1 cup Onions 1 nos Curd starter 1 tbs Oil 1 tsp Dry red chilly 1 nos Mustard seeds ¼ tsp Cumin seeds ¼ tsp Chana dal ¼ tsp Urad dal ¼ tsp Curry leaves 1 spring METHOD: 1. Cut onions into dice and separate layer and keep aside. 2. Boil milk in a pan, switch off flame and add oats. 3. Transfer into a bowl and keep aside till it come to room temperature. 4. To it add onions, curd starter mix and leave it for 3-4 hrs. 5. Heat oil in a pan, add dry red chilly, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves and saute it 6. Add tempering to oats curd mixture and mix it. 7. Now the oats curd is ready to serve.
