Healthy Mixed Fruit Chat: Low fat fruit chat is a healthy way of enjoying the spicy and tangy fruit chat.

Ingredients:

Water melon (Chopped) 1 Cup
Papaya (Chopped) 1/2 Cup
Apple (Chopped) 1/2 Cup
Grapes 1/2 Cup
Pomegranate (seeds) 1/2 Cup
Mint (chopped) 1/2 Cup
Chat masala 1/4 Tsp
Lime juice 1/4 Tsp
Cumin seeds 1/4 Tsp
Fennel Seeds 1/4 Tsp
Directions -- Method:
1. In a bowl add water melon Chopped, papaya pieces, apple pieces, pine apple slices, grapes, pomegranate seeds, finely chopped mint, chat masala, lime juice.
2. Heat the pan add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and slightly roast them, then crush them in motor pestle and put in the top of fruit chat mix well and serve.
