Ingredients:
Bottle gourd 250 g
Moong dal 75 g
Oil 2 tb
Mustard seeds ¼ ts
Cumin seeds ¼ ts
Onion chopped 1 n
Curry leaves 2 spr
Turmeric pinch
Garlic 4 cloves
Salt
Green chilly 3 n
Tomato chopped 1 n
Chilly powder 1 tb
Directions:
First boil the moong Dal in pressure cooker, keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds is splutter, add cumin seeds, chopped onions, curry leaves, turmeric, chopped garlic, salt, sauté it, add chopped green chilly, chopped bottle gourd, chopped tomatoes, mix it and put the lid on and cook it till soft, add chilly powder, salt, moong Dal, mix it and put the lid on and cook it for few minutes.
