A popular north Indian dish made with green peas cooked in creamy, silky saag (leaf-based) masala curry http://www.vahrehvah.com/green-peas-and-saag-masala-curry Ingredients: Spinach 2 Bunch ginger 1 Teaspoons Garlic(chopped) 1 Teaspoons Onions(chopped) 2 Cup Green chillies 5 Numbers Nutmeg powder 1 Pinch Coriander leaves 1/4 Bunch Mint leaves 1/4 Bunch Oil 5 Tablespoons Salt 0 To Green peas 1 Cup Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoons Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons Tomatoes(finely chopped) 1 Cup Tomato cubes pieces 1/2 Cup Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoons Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons Cumin powder 1/2 Tablespoons Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons Fresh cream 2 Tablespoons DIRECTIONS: 1. Boil spinach in a pan then take it out and keep it aside. 2. Heat little oil in a pan then add ginger, garlic, green chillies, half of onions, nutmeg powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, spinach and switch off the flame to saute it. 3. Then take the above mixture into the blender and bend it into a smooth green paste. 4. Now take some oil in a pan and add remaining onions, little salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and saute it. 5. Then add tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder and mix thoroughly then let it cook with lid on it until the tomatoes are mashed and then add water. 6. Add green peas and green paste then mix thoroughly. 7. Add tomato cubes, garam masala and cook it. 8.
