- 1 cup zucchini (124g)
- 1/2 cup almond flour (56g)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt (2.5g)
- 1/2 tsp pepper (1g)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (3.1g)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (57g)
Instructions
- Grate the cauliflower and zucchini.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Form into small patties.
- Place in air fryer at 375F (190C) for 15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
