1 lb (450g) chicken bones, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 2 qt (1.9L) water
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in a large pot. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 24 hours. 4. Strain the broth and discard the solids. 5. Serve hot or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
