Ingredients
- 1 cup peeled and coarsely chopped cucumber
- 1 cup Tuscan kale, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup green grapes, frozen
- 1/3 cup ice
- 1/4 cup picked fresh parsley leaves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 green apple, cored and coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Add the cucumber, kale, grapes, ice, parsley, lemon juice and apples to the carafe of a powerful blender. Blend on high until everything is homogeneous and smooth, adding 1 to 2 cups water as needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
- NotesCook's Note: If you do not have a high powered blender, be sure to add greens on the bottom and pulse to combine before running the blender continuously.
