Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup sweet white wine (such as prosecco or riesling)

Instructions

  1. Stir together water, sugar and salt in a large bowl, whisking until sugar dissolves. Whisk in orange juice and wine. Pour mixture into an 8-inch square metal dish; freeze for 1 hour. Stir with a fork, scraping to break up into flakes. Repeat process every hour until completely frozen, about 4 hours. Scrape mixture with a fork until fluffy.
