Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces sherry
1 1/2 ounces sloe gin
2 tablespoons superfine sugar
4 tablespoons lemon juice
3 or 4 ice cubes
Twist lemon peel
Chilled club soda
Instructions
Combine sherry, sloe gin, sugar, lemon juice and ice cubes in a mixing glass and stir well. Strain into a highball glass, add the lemon peel and fill up with soda.
