Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 °F. Bake biscuits as directed on can.
  2. Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook ground beef, bell pepper and onion over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  3. To serve, split warm biscuits. Spoon beef mixture into biscuits.
