Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 cup canned chopped green chiles
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Beat Neufchatel cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, jalapeno pepper, and green chiles together in a large bowl until evenly mixed; spread into a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of the mixture; top with bread crumbs.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned around the edges, 25 to 30 minutes.
