Ingredients

1/3 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk 1/3 cup thawed orange-pineapple-apple juice concentrate, undiluted 1 (21-ounce) package frozen diced pineapple 1/2 cup white rum 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract Pineapple wedges (optional)

Instructions

Combine half of each ingredient except pineapple wedges in a blender; process until smooth. Pour into a pitcher. Repeat procedure. Pour into glasses, and garnish with pineapple wedges, if desired. Serve immediately.
