Night in Beirut - PCOS-Friendly Recipe
Nutrition per Serving
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 blackberries, plus 1 for garnish
- 3 raspberries
- 2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce blood orange bitters
- Ice, for chilling and serving
- 2 ounces ginger beer
- 1 lemon twist, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the sugar and berries in a cocktail shaker and muddle together. Add the whiskey, lemon juice and bitters and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice along with the ginger beer. Garnish with a blackberry and the lemon twist.
