Ingredients

2 stalk rhubarb 1 1/2 c. sugar 5 c. water 1 1/2 lb. strawberries 1 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

Bring rhubarb, sugar, and water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in strawberries. Let steep and cool for 30 minutes. Strain mixture through a fine sieve, discarding solids, and refrigerate to chill. Stir in lemon juice. Serve rhubarb lemonade over ice.
