Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (1 pound) loaf processed cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain fat. Stir in seasoning packet and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Let cook for 5 minutes, stir occasionally.
  2. Place ground beef mixture into a slow cooker. Add tomatoes and cheese to the slow cooker.
  3. Cook on low for 1 hour.
