Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Old Tom gin
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Cinnamon Syrup (see note)
  • 1 large egg white
  • 3 ounces chilled coffee soda
  • 1 lemon twist

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, Cinnamon Syrup and egg white. Shake vigorously. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled fizz or highball glass and stir in the coffee soda. Pinch the lemon twist over the drink and discard.
