Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. Key lime juice
  • zest of one key lime
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. marshmallow Fluff

Instructions

  1. With a hand mixer, mix the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in a medium bowl until smooth. Add lime juice, lime zest, salt and marshmallow fluff. Mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated. Cover and freeze for at least 1 hour, or until the dip thickens slightly.
  2. Serve with graham crackers.
