Ingredients

  • 3 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 2 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 3/4 c. JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1/3 c. chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
  • 1 Oreo pie crust

Instructions

  1. Microwave 1 ounce chocolate as directed on package. Coarsely chop remaining chocolate.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and milk with mixer until blended. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Whisk in COOL WHIP, marshmallows, nuts and chopped chocolate. Pour into crust.
  3. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
