- 2 medium lemons
- 2 pt. red cherry tomatoes
- 1 pt. yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cut peel and white pith from lemons. Cut lemons crosswise into slightly less than 1/4-inch-thick slices.
- In medium bowl, toss lemon slices, tomatoes, and remaining ingredients.
