Ingredients
- 1 English seedless (hothouse) cucumber, halved lengthwise and crosswise
- 1/3 c. very thin half-slices red onion
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- .13 tsp. Pepper
- 4 burrito-size 99%-fat-free tortillas
- 4 tbsp. bottled hoisin sauce
- 1 package thinly sliced
- 1 bag baby Asian salad
- 1/2 c. packed cilantro
- 1/2 c. mint leaves
Instructions
- Mix cucumber, onion, lime juice, salt and pepper in a medium bowl; set aside.
- For each wrap: Place a tortilla on work surface. Spread 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce to within 1 ⁄2 in. of edge. Lay 1 ⁄4 the turkey breast on bottom 2 ⁄3. Top with 1 ⁄4 the salad, cilantro and mint, then 1 ⁄4 the cucumber mixture.
- Starting at bottom, roll up tightly. Place seam side down on serving platter.
