Ingredients

  • 8 wooden skewers
  • 3 medium organic zucchini
  • 2 organic red peppers
  • 2 organic yellow peppers

Instructions

  1. Make skewers with chunks of zucchini and squares of peppers.
  2. To make the marinade: Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the marinade over the zucchini and pepper skewers and place them on a grill. Cook until evenly browned on all sides.
