Ingredients

  • 1 sprig mojito mint
  • 1 sprig pineapple sage
  • 1/2 lime
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 1/2 oz. white rum
  • 1/2 oz. St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • Sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Squeeze lime juice into a cocktail shaker and add all the other ingredients. Gently crush the strawberries and herbs with a muddler. Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
