Ingredients

  • 2 bag fresh vegetable medley (broccoli, cauliflower and baby carrots)
  • 1 jar Double Cheddar sauce (such as Ragu)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • .13 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. each shredded Cheddar cheese and sliced scallions

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 °F. Have a shallow 2- to 2 1/2-qt baking dish ready.
  2. Microwave vegetables, 1 bag at a time, as package directs.
  3. Put sauce, mustard and paprika in ungreased baking dish; stir to blend. Add vegetables; toss to coat. Cover tightly with nonstick foil.
