Ingredients

1 large baguette, torn into bite-size pieces 2 cans tuna 1 c. shredded Cheddar 1/3 c. mayonnaise Juice of 1 lemon 1 tbsp. yellow mustard 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine baguette, tuna, cheddar, mayo, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Butter an oven-proof skillet and transfer tuna mixture to skillet. Bake until mixture is warmed through and cheese is melty, 15 to 20 minutes.
