Ingredients

1/2 c. chai tea 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 cinnamon stick 1 whole anise pod 4 oz. half-and-half 1 1/2 oz. coffee liqueur Whipped cream, for serving.

Instructions

Simmer tea, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, and star anise. Reduce stove heat to low and add half-and-half. Steep for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; add coffee liquer and top with whipped cream.
