Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ vegetarian refried beans
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
- 1 container (8 oz) sour cream (about 1 cup)
- 1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ 40%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup shredded taco-seasoned cheese (2 oz)
- 15 oz tortilla chips
Instructions
- In bottom of 9-inch deep-dish pie pan, spread refried beans. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of the cilantro over beans. Spoon corn evenly over cilantro.
- In small bowl, mix sour cream and taco seasoning mix; spread over corn. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining 1 tablespoon cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
