Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. fruit cocktail (juice and all)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and fruit cocktail (including the juice). Pour into a well-greased 8" by 8" baking dish, or an 8-inch cast iron skillet. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until it's—as Truvy would say—"gold and bubbly."
  3. Top with vanilla ice cream, to "cut the sweetness," of course.
